AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
You can place an order through the SECURE SHOPPING CART. Click the "add to cart" button for the product you want to buy and it will be added to your cart. You can continue shopping until you're sure you're finished. Click on "view cart" and you'll see what's in your cart and have the opportunity to edit it again.

When you continue through the process, postage will be calculated and payment options will be displayed. You have the choice of credit card payment, cheque, money order or bank funds transfer.

When you click on Checkout! you will be directed to complete your purchase. You may receive TWO e-mails after submitting your order.

The first is an order confirmation and is NOT a notice of payment. This is to verify your order.

If paying by Credit Card your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal confirming your credit card payment.

If Checkout! button is clicked and payment information is not submitted, you will still receive the order confirmation e-mail. However, your order will be cancelled after 48 hours if payment arrangements are not made.

Orders can also be sent by email or can be phoned to Colleen. These orders can then be invoiced via email to you for payment by credit card through Paypal.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Customers who live outside Australia must purchase through the secure Paypal system.
Currency conversion will be made by the system as you proceed through the secure payment process.

A word about postage (shipping). We have done the best we can to make this accurate but there's no foolproof way to get it right everytime. If the shopping cart calculation is too high and you have made a credit card payment, you will be refunded through Paypal.
If the shopping cart calculation is too low, you will be advised of the extra paument needed.
If you'd like an accurate postage cost, please email or phone the order and we can weigh it, check with the Post Office and notify you.

Refund Policy
Returns will not be accepted, and payments will not be refunded.
